Stop quoting a different job than you manufacture
When commercial numbers live in a separate spreadsheet, the quote drifts from the panels on the floor. In FMOS, quantities and selling price are calculated from the manufacturing package on the same project as design, cutlist, and nest.
What gets priced
- Bill of materials — Built from the panels, materials, and hardware on the manufacturing package.
- Bill of quantities and price — Uses workspace markup and a default tax rate that can be overridden for the workspace.
- Quotation — Created from the project’s priced bill of quantities and recorded on that project. Quote permissions decide who can create and approve it.
Subscription vs furniture quotation
Plans, seats, invoices, and Cashfree checkout cover the FMOS subscription. Furniture quotations are priced separately, on the project. New workspaces include a 15-day free trial before subscription.
Frequently asked questions
Does FMOS support BOM, BOQ, and quotations?
Yes. FMOS builds a BOM from the manufacturing package, then a BOQ and price using workspace markup and tax, then records a quotation on the project.
Where do I pay for FMOS itself?
Payments for the FMOS subscription are completed inside the application using Cashfree. See pricing for Individual and Enterprise plans.
